The lower level of this unusually constructed home is for rent. The owners (2) live in the upper level and are welcoming and unobtrusive. The unit offers WIFI, Air conditioning, Cable and free long distance calling in Canada and USA.
There is an entrance/storage area as you walk into the unit. Great place to leave beach toys and towels to dry.
Originally built as a party room, the living room has seating in 2 areas. There is a large octagonal room with seating around the outside, a dining table (8) in the center on the dance floor and large screen TV. A great area for children to play, or adults to gather for an evening’s entertainment. There is an adjoining room with Sofa and chairs for quiet conversation or reading.
There is a small kitchen area with bar and seating. Only one cook at a time. Fridge/freezer and dishes are in a separate adjoining pantry. Stove, microwave and coffee maker are available. There is no dishwasher. Just outside the unit, is a covered BBQ area with 2 Gas BBQ’s.
The unit has 2 large and 1 smaller bedroom. The Master has a queen bed and ensuite 4 pc bathroom. There is a walkout from this bedroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds and a nearby 4 piece bathroom. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds and a 3 piece bathroom adjacent. UNIT SLEEPS 8 PEOPLE.
Right of way to beach is across the road and a very short walk. This house is built on a hill and so the driveway is steep. There is parking for quite a few cars. Renters have access to the back yard and seating area. The owners are very comfortable if you wish to go to the second floor deck and enjoy the view.
Bring your own linens and beach towels, but, blankets and pillows are provided.
There is no washer and dryer for renters use.
NO SMOKING INSIDE UNIT.
SMALL DOGS ARE ALLOWED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE OWNER.
