Relax and spend your family vacation at this off-water cottage, just a short 5 to 7 minute stroll to the beautiful, sandy, public beach at Balm Beach. Also located right at the beach are several restaurants, The Balm Beach Tavern, a beach store and the famous Georgian Grill – and Arcade. Perfect for the whole family and a day of relaxation, swimming and family fun.
This cottage is located at 79 Forest, which is a quiet street with mature trees providing a mixture of sun and shade. This well-kept, raised bungalow offers the main floor for family rental. (Basement is not included in rental).
The open concept main floor is spacious and bright and has AC throughout. Enjoy a well equipped kitchen with 2 coffee makers, Whirlpool water cooler, microwave and lots of room for creating some wonderful summer meals. NO DISHWASHER. There is a large dining area with dining table for 10. The living room is close by, very comfortable and has a flat screen TV. There are 3 bedrooms… Master has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a double. BRING LINENS AND TOWELS. There is a good sized, 3 piece bathroom with tiled shower.
Running along the front of the house and along the entrance side is a large deck, perfect for relaxing and entertaining. You can access the deck from the front of the house, or, from the side off the kitchen area. Gas BBQ available. Patio furniture also provided. Back yard is landscaped and private.
A large circular driveway at the front of the property provides room for ample parking.
